Cini Little Australia has over recent time provided design facilities for hospitality education facilities for a long list of TAFE facilities culminating in our work on the multi story hospitality training centre of the Sydney Institute of TAFE Ultimo.

These facilities include teaching, preparation and practical work areas and a major facility for the training of pastry cooks.

On a smaller scale we’ve worked on smaller suburban TAFE’s such as Loftus and country facilities including Cooma, Blue Mountains and Lithgow.

At the High School level we’ve been engaged mainly in the upgrade area providing advice to schools to upgrade home economics facilities to meet new hospitality course facility standards.

Cini Little has also been active in the Private Provider area – providing both advice on facilities and upgrade of facilities at private catering schools such as Blue Mountains Hotel School and the design of new facilities for the Homes Institute.
